The books and resources featured in our bookshop can be purchased online with a credit or debit card and delivered direct to your door. E-books can be downloaded immediately after you have purchased the licence to view them. Click on the links below to find out more.

Once you have chosen your book, you can add it to your shopping basket by clicking on the buy button. You may then continue browsing the bookshop or proceed to the check out by following the instructions given. You can see what is in your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the basket icon in the top right hand corner of the page.
If you have not purchased from this bookshop before, you will be asked to register your details for order processing. If you are already a registered user, you may use your existing username and password to continue with the transaction.
Prices are inclusive of any applicable value added tax (VAT). VAT is not charged on books in the UK, but is added to electronic and media products such as eBooks, CDs, software and online courses. VAT We do not charge VAT if the goods are being delivered outside the EU.
If you are an EU business outside of the UK, ordering an item on which VAT is charged, and are except from paying VAT, then please call customer services to place your order to ensure that your account is set up correctly.
Customs
When ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Please be aware that you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Credit and debit card payments
You need to enter your credit or debit card details in order to purchase books and resources. We accept the following payment methods: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and Maestro. When using non UK debit cards, please ensure that your bank has enabled your card for overseas transactions.
Payment is taken when we despatch your order, and only for the items that are available for despatch. Payment for any remaining items is taken when these items are made available and despatched to you.
Once your card and payment has been authorised, you will receive an email confirming your order. The email will advise you about any items that cannot be supplied and will tell you the reason why.

Your order qualifies for FREE standard delivery within the UK
Standard service orders are delivered by air mail and are charged at the rates below. Express service delivery by courier is available for customers outside the UK.
If you have ordered a number of items, any items that are not in stock will be despatched as they become available, at no extra cost to yourself. We will not hold up your order waiting for an out-of-stock item or a new release to arrive.
Postage and packing charges are made up from a cost per order, plus a cost per item ordered. i.e. if you order two books in a single order, you will be charged for 1 x per order charge + 2 x per item charge.

Items held in stock will usually be despatched within 48 hours of us receiving your order.

You can use your username and password to view the status of your order online at any time. Simply click on My Account at the top right hand corner of the page and follow the instructions.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel your order. In the case of a book, simply return it to us in its original condition within 28 days from the date of purchase, stating whether you wish to receive a replacement or a full refund. If the return is the result of our error (including faulty or damaged goods), we will also refund the postage (where applicable). Please enclose either a copy of the paper invoice enclosed with the delivery, or a printout of the online receipt you were sent by email. The package should be securely wrapped and sent to: Pearson Distribution, Returns Department, Central Park, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV23 0WB, United Kingdom.
In the case of an e-book or other electronic product, please contact us directly within 28 days to receive a replacement or full refund. Call Customer Services on (+44) (0)1279 623626 or e-mail customerservices@PearsonEducationBooks.com.
Certain titles within our bookshop are only available from your local Pearson Education company, as we do have worldwide distribution rights. Please note that any orders which we cannot supply will be automatically cancelled, your card will not be charged and you will be notified by email. If you do wish to order one of these titles, please contact customer services to find your local distributor or contact your local Pearson Education office.
