Dan has a master's degree in fine arts, and began his career as a painter. Dan moved to digital art in 1995, and now is the Creative Director for AOL Web Properties. Dan writes a column for Photoshop User magazine, and lectures for corporate and academic venues, and at Photoshop World and Mac Design conferences. He has worked for numerous graphics periodicals, including Adobe Magazine. Dan is also the author of numerous books, including Art of Photoshop, and How to Use Photoshop. top
