David B. Horvath, CCP is a senior consultant in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. He has been in the field for more than 15 years and is also a part-time adjunct professor at local and distance-learning universities teaching such topics as C++, Unix/Linux and Database Techniques. He received his masters of organizational dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1998. He has provided seminars and workshops to professional societies and corporations on an international basis.
