A recognised ELT qualification and relevant degree
A minimum of three years relevant ELT editorial experience and at least three years experience of EFL teaching, preferably in more than one country, and in the Exams area
Ability to research, analyse and present information
Excellent communications and negotiation skills
Experience of managing people
Excellent prioritising, time management and problem-solving skills
A sound understating of what makes good classroom material, and a critical
awareness of current Exams and Grammar ELT materials in the market
Ideally have an understanding of the international Exams and Grammar ELT education market
A strong interest in elearning and digital delivery of educational materials
A can-do attitude combined with a desire to do what it takes to bring projects in on schedule, on budget and to the quality set by the division
Creative and enthusiastic, with excellent commercial sense and a real commitment to the creation of high quality Exams and Grammar ELT materials
Knowledge of one or more foreign language would be useful
