order The books and resources featured
in our bookshop can be purchased online with a credit
or debit card and delivered direct to your door. E-books
can be downloaded immediately after you have purchased
the licence to view them. Click on the links below to
find out more.
Buying online
Once you have chosen your book, you can
add it to your shopping basket by clicking on the buy
button. You may then continue browsing the bookshop
or proceed to the check out by following the instructions
given. You can see what is in your shopping basket at
any time by clicking on the basket icon in the top right
hand corner of the page.
If you have not purchased from this
bookshop before, you will be asked to register your
details for order processing. If you are already a registered
user, you may use your existing username and password
to continue with the transaction.

Prices and VAT
Prices are inclusive of any applicable
value added tax (VAT). VAT is not charged on books,
but is added to electronic products such as CDs. We
do not charge VAT if the goods are being delivered outside
the EU.

Credit and debit card payments
You need to enter your credit or debit
card details in order to purchase books and resources.
We accept the following payment methods:
American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch (UK Maestro) and Solo. Unfortunately we are not currently able to accept Visa Electron or International Maestro cards.
Payment is taken when we despatch your order, and only
for the items that are available for despatch. Payment
for any remaining items is taken when these items are
made available and despatched to you.

Order confirmation
Once your card and payment has been authorised,
you will receive an email confirming your order. The
email will advise you about any items that cannot be
supplied and will tell you the reason why.

Standard service orders are delivered by air
mail and are charged at the rates below. Express service
delivery by courier is available for customers outside
the UK.
If you have ordered a number of items, any items that are not in stock will be despatched as they become available, at no extra cost to yourself. We will not hold up your order waiting for an out-of-stock item or a new release to arrive.

Delivery times
Items held in stock will usually be despatched within 48 hours of us receiving your order.
If you have ordered a number of items, any items that are not in stock will be despatched as they become available, at no extra cost to yourself. We will not hold up your order waiting for an out-of-stock item or a new release to arrive. Delivery timescales are given as a

Tracking your order online
You can use your username and password
to view the status of your order online at any time.
Simply click on My Account at the top right hand corner
of the page and follow the instructions.

Cancellation and returns
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied
with your purchase, you may cancel your order. In the
case of a book, simply return it to us in its original
condition within 28 days from the date of purchase,
stating whether you wish to receive a replacement or
a full refund. If the return is the result of our error
(including faulty or damaged goods), we will also refund
the postage (where applicable). Please enclose either
a copy of the paper invoice enclosed with the delivery,
or a printout of the online receipt you were sent by
email. The package should be securely wrapped and sent
to: Pearson Distribution, Returns Department, Central Park, Rugby,
Warwickshire, CV23 0WB, United Kingdom.
In the case of an e-book or other electronic
product, please contact us directly within 28 days to
receive a replacement or full refund. Call Customer

Sales restrictions
Certain titles within our bookshop are imported
from other Pearson Education companies throughout the world.
For these titles we do not always have worldwide distribution
rights, particularly related to sales into the US and Canada.
Please note that any orders which we cannot supply will be
automatically cancelled, your card will not be charged and you
will be notified by email. Please check with customer services
if you wish to make sure we are able to supply the book you
wish to order to your country.
