How do I subscribe?
Visit the newsletter page. If you're a new subscriber then simply select the newsletter(s) that you wish to join, and fill out your email address and name then select the "Sign Up" button. If you've subscribed previously, go to the bottom of the page, enter your email address and we'll send you an email with detail of your current subscriptions and a link to update these.

How do I unsubscribe?
You can unsubscribe via the footer link which is included in every email we sent. If you don't have a past email to hand, no problem - simply visit the newsletter page, and enter your email address in the existing subscriber section. We'll then send you an email with a link which will show you your current subscriptions and allow you to unsubscribe.

What is the registration offer?
All newly registered customers will receive a voucher code which entitles them to a 35% discount on all our professional titles and 15% on our textbooks, on any orders placed at www.pearson-books.com in the following month! This gives you the opportunity to purchase any books from our online bookstore, including key titles in Business, Finance, Computing, Humanities, Marketing and many more!

When will I receive my voucher code?
Voucher codes are emailed to all newly registered subscribers when you sign up. This offer is for new customers only. Vouchers will be emailed to the address you input when registering.

How long is my voucher code valid for?
Voucher codes are valid for 30 days from the day they are sent out.

How do I redeem my voucher code?
Go to http://www.pearson-books.com/voucher/ or click on any of the "voucher code" links on the top right hand side of every page within the pearson-books.com website. Voucher codes must be redeemed before you begin shopping.

I have redeemed my voucher code, but I don't see the discount I expected?
Your voucher code entitles you to a discount of 35% on our professional titles and 15% on our textbooks. A small number of titles in our bookshop are not published by our professional or textbook division, for instance co-branded or custom products. Unfortunately we are not able to offer a discount on these titles for operational reasons.
