Carol Hamilton joined Pearson Education in 2000 as Organisational Development Director, becoming Director of HR UK in 2001 and then Director of HR EMA in 2003. She is also responsible for Facilities in the UK and Internal Communications in the EMA region.
Before joining Pearson Education, Carol was Corporate HR Manager and then International Change Manager for Inchcape plc, working with managers in Asia, Russia and Europe supporting distribution of brands such as Coca Cola, Ferrari and Toyota.
Prior to her 3 years at Inchcape, Carol worked at Selfridges department store for over 6 years as an HR Officer where she managed to indulge her passion for shopping to the limit!
